Rocket Wine has been Fairfield's local since 2022. The kind of place where the night starts with a knock-off glass and somehow turns into a very good evening.

We're a wine bar and bottle shop rolled into one. Our wall spans regions from across the globe, with a strong focus on Victorian producers and a few rare finds tucked in for good measure. The by-the-glass list is tight, current and changes with the times. Select bottles are also available through our Coravin system for those who want something special without committing to a full bottle. Take something home, or let us open it for you.

Warm timber tables, olive-green seats, a glowing curved bar. BYO food from anywhere nearby. Dogs always welcome. Our new parklet means there's more room outside to settle in and stay a while.

Not a wine drinker? We've got 8 taps pouring a carefully chosen rotation of craft beers. Always something interesting, always something cold. Guinness is a permanent fixture, for those who know.

We take our cocktails seriously too. Each season we start from scratch with a completely new list, drawn from whatever's in season, on our minds, or in the glass at the time. Expect the unexpected.
